Jo Dresner has maintained an active presence in the Beach communities since 1998. Her early career in real estate consisted of both residential and commercial resale.  Representing both Buyers and Sellers she tailored her approach to the individual client and property needs.  From 2002 - 2006 she participated in approximately $90,000,000 in real estate sales.  Making the transition of representing both Buyers and Developers in the years of 2006 – 2008 she made a name for herself in the emerging Del Rey Arts District.   During this time she represented the California Landmark properties G1 and R1, selling approximately $25,000,000 in new construction.  Currently Jo is focused on architecturally significant properties, traditional homes and boutique construction communities.
