With more than 20 years solid, proven experience he continues to focus his practice on one of the single most important building blocks of society -- the family.
The architect Richard Neutra early in his career accepted a commision from a newly married couple with one specification, that Neutra design and build them a home they could be happy living in for the rest of their lives.
Were they the "ideal" client? They knew exactly what they wanted. That young couple, just starting a life together, wanted to be assured of a "quality of life" which good design would support. We share their vision and their demands.
Today, Gary Marshall limits his practice to three specific areas. First, bringing together the client, the land and the architect/builder. Second, bringing together an architecturally designed and/or historic property and a client sensitive to the preservation process and Third, multi-family, mixed use sustainable properties conceived, designed and strategically located to minimize travel time, automotive congestion and facilitate an optimum quality of life for people who live in cities.
