Leah Trauth is a proud third-generation LA-girl. After living in almost every area Los Angeles has to offer and traveling the world for previous professional endeavors, she eventually made her way back to her beloved hometown of Pasadena where she and her husband, Andrew, are currently the honored owners of a lovely 1914 Craftsman in the Orange Heights Neighborhood.

As with many Los Angeles natives, Leah is a veteran of the entertainment industry and has used her successful acting career to launch herself as an influencer on various social media outlets. Her talent for pairing perfectly suited areas with the specific desires and necessities of her buyers has earned her the nickname “The Real Estate Guru” amongst clients.
