deasy/penner Welcomes Leah Trauth

Leah Trauth is a proud third-generation LA-girl. After living in almost every area Los Angeles has to offer and traveling the world for previous professional endeavors, she eventually made her way back to her beloved hometown of Pasadena where she and her husband, Andrew, are currently the honored owners of a lovely 1914 Craftsman in the Orange Heights Neighborhood.

As with many Los Angeles natives, Leah is a veteran of the entertainment industry and has used her successful acting career to launch herself as an influencer on various social media outlets. Her understanding of marketing in the social media era provides a huge advantage to clients interested in selling their home. Creating a social media presence for each property, not only increases the number of prospective buyers but also elevates the unique value of each home.

And with a true passion for Los Angeles architecture as well as her endless knowledge of LA ’s various neighborhood options, Leah is able to bestow insider information to clients, as together they navigate the vast alternatives and opportunities this wonderful city has to offer! Her talent for pairing perfectly suited areas with the specific desires and necessities of her buyers has earned her the nickname “The Real Estate Guru” amongst clients.
