Juan Longfellow

Firmly believing that creative listening and constructive dialogue are two of the most critical functions of his job as a real estate professional, Juan has developed a reputation for his capacity to ascertain the true needs and goals of his discriminating clients. The combination of that ability, strong negotiating skills and a trained and experienced eye for the possibilities and pitfalls of each property makes Juan one of the Los Angeles area’s most valuable realtors. Honest, approachable and known for consistently going above and beyond expectations, he is popular with his colleagues and clients alike.

After investing in a classic brownstone in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, and studying business in college, Juan quickly developed what has become a lifelong love of real estate. Moving to Los Angeles, he spent a few years as a personal trainer to elite members of the entertainment industry before bringing to his real estate practice the discipline and communication skills necessary in that role.

Today, Juan represents buyers, sellers and investors in the communities of Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, the Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills where one of his specialties is finding and securing unique, often obscure properties that are not on the open market.

Valuing quality over quantity and giving his utmost attention to every detail, Juan sets himself apart from his corporate competitors. He is proud to offer his clients the support, structure and success of highly respected, premier real estate firm, deasy/penner.

Louise Leach
