Sexy midcentury modern by Ray Kappe on the market in Baldwin Hills for $2.2M

If you were thinking of making a bid on Naples Island’s Stoner House, tough luck—the waterfront property reworked by the brilliant Ray Kappe in 1955 is now pending sale. But stepping up to fill the Kappe gap is a sharp midcentury modern in Baldwin Hills known as the Waymire House.
