Connie has been a licensed Realtor and multi-million dollar producer in the Los Angeles area since 1987. She is extremely knowledgeable of this area where she was born and raised, and where she raised her two daughters. After graduation from college in the Northwest, she moved to San Francisco and began her first career in the computer related Business Services division of a major bank. This was the advent of computers being used for client based accounting functions such as payroll, general ledger and accounts receivables. During this time her positions included customer service, client training, writing training manuals, and she also held sales and management positions with several major corporations. It was in this first profession that she learned about business practices and customer service, which has served her well in her real estate profession.
“One of the most pleasant aspects of the real estate business for me is providing excellent customer service and interacting meaningfully with my clients. I sincerely enjoy the process of discovering their real estate needs. Educating them in the process of buying or selling their home is essential to ensuring that the process is as comfortable as possible for them. I make it a point to be as accessible and responsive to my clients as their needs dictate.” Many of her past clients agree that Connie’s approach gave them confidence and trust in the real estate process. Her hands on approach gave them the confidence to feel they were making informed real estate decisions. “She genuinely cared about us. She took the time to find out and address our concerns and real estate needs.” Real estate demands a great deal of attention to detail in order to keep a transaction moving forward and out of trouble. Connie understands the real estate process and her attention to detail has been especially helpful to her clients needs.
