Cheyenne holds a B.A. in Communications from Oberlin College, has a background in journalism, and extensive experience as a writer. You can be assured of creative, well written marketing materials for your home. He received his Masters Degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and was a Presbyterian minister for several years. His skills as a minister and counselor can come in handy in helping his clients through such a critical time in their lives. He is ever ready to be an active listener for whatever the concern may be. Whether it is to simply vent, to clarify, to speculate, or to dream, he is available.

Experience

Cheyenne has over 20 years experience in sales and has been working specifically as a Realtor in the Pasadena-La Canada area since 1999. His extensive sales background has given him finely tuned negotiating skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of situations.

In an age where it is often hard to get a human voice on the line when you need help, Cheyenne promises to pick up the phone himself, whenever possible, or promptly return your call. Since he works primarily by referral, he knows the importance of personal service and always strives to exceed his clients’ expectations. Whether it is driving to the client’s home to write up an offer or taking a late night call to solve a problem, he will do whatever it takes to achieve his client’s goals. You’re not just a number handed off to an assistant. Cheyenne is working with you every step of the way. And it doesn’t stop there. Even after escrow has closed Cheyenne will continue to help in any way he can. He has an extended care program where every month you will receive an item of value – from information on your credit scores, to saving on vacations. Cheyenne also says a big “thank you” to his clients with client appreciation events such as wine tastings, housewarmings, and coffee socials held throughout the year.

Continuing Education

Cheyenne knows the real estate market is always changing, so he doesn’t ever settle for what everyone else is doing or what has worked in the past. He attends quarterly continuing education seminars all over the country to ensure he has the most current information on marketing and negotiation techniques along with learning the latest technology to best serve his clients.
