After investing in a classic brownstone in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, and studying business in college, Juan quickly developed what has become a lifelong love of real estate. Moving to Los Angeles, he spent a few years as a personal trainer to elite members of the entertainment industry before bringing to his real estate practice the discipline and communication skills necessary in that role.
