My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

So when you decide that you’d like to buy or sell a home, please contact me.

Below is a little information about my background to get to know me better. And I look forward to getting to know you better!

My educational background includes real estate law and contract law which allows me to better understand the legal aspect of buying and selling property and writing real estate contracts.

I also studied L.A. Architecture at Occidental College with the esteemed Robert Winter who is a prominent professor and author on the subject of architecture and design.

I spent 14 years working as a paralegal in local law firms handling many files, including construction defect cases.

For the last 20 years I have been a top-producing Realtor working in the San Gabriel Valley, selling condos from as low as $75,000 to homes over $2,000,000.

I am a certified Real Estate Mediator and Arbitrator, which has helped me build strong negotiation skills and taught me to be a great problem solver.
