A Los Angeles native, Scott raised private equity for tax deferred 1031 exchanges and was involved with the syndication of commercial real estate prior to joining Deasy/Penner. Scott held his Series 7 and 63 FINRA registrations, and currently holds his California Real Estate License. His broad background and industry contacts have enabled Scott to make key introductions, resulting in trusted relationships with significant high net worth individuals as well as members of the family office market segment.
Scott has now taken his knowledge of the Southern California Real Estate market to residential in order to help people find the right home, in the right location, at the right price point.
