About Ernie Boehr

Personalized, professional representation of buyers and sellers of real estate in the greater San Gabriel Valley has been Ernie’s career for 37 years. He attributes much of his success over the years not only to skillful marketing and negotiating, but to an uncompromising commitment to high ethical standards, as well as a focus on representing his client’s best interests at all times. Ernie has been a member of the local Board of REALTORS® since 1981, when he was first licensed. He was additionally licensed as a Broker in 1985 and was Broker/Owner of his own firm from 1985 through 1993. Ernie is a past director of the Board of REALTORS® and has served on numerous Board of REALTORS® committees. He is also a Certified Interboard Arbitrator and Mediator, and gives considerable time to the negotiation and resolution of disputes within the real estate industry. As an active member of the community, he serves on the Rancho Santa Anita Homeowners Association as chair of the Architectural Review Board.

 

Beyond real estate, Ernie is a family man, married to Judy for 36 years, and the proud father of three wonderful adult children and grandfather to one adorable grandson. Home, church, friends and volunteer activities occupy most of his non-real estate hours. The importance of family and home figure significantly into his love of the real estate business. Sharing the pleasure of home ownership and family life is foundational to his personalized approach.
