I’m Jimmy Wilson. Perhaps you’ve heard of me. Perhaps we’re meeting for the first time. I’m a smart, pragmatic, patient mid century modern Man from Detroit. I’ve lived in Chicago, Santa Fe, and Laguna Beach before settling in the heart of Southern California. I’ve been here for more than two decades, and I love it. I currently split my time between Pasadena and Palm Springs. My daily stomping grounds include Silverlake, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Pasadena, Altadena, Highland Park, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. (I drive a lot!).
My background is heavily rooted in architecture and design. Being born in Detroit, it was impossible to escape the heady mix of automotive and industrial design and the Motown sound. In Chicago, I studied architecture and graphic design. My ultimate move to the west coast was inevitable. The amazing architecture and design continually inspire me. The richness of cultures and history coming together makes for an extremely interesting and enlightening life here. My real estate career has flourished with my partnership at Deasy Penner Podley. Both buyers and sellers appreciate my calming demeanor.

I’m Michael Teta. After more than two decades of running my own Event Production firm in Los Angeles, I am shifting the skills I honed and directing them to something else that I am passionate about, Real Estate. Much like Event Production, Real Estate requires attention to detail, adherence to strict deadlines, an ability to manage multiple projects at once, and most importantly, satisfied clients. This is where you come in. Not only am I passionate about Real Estate, but I am also impassioned by helping others find their best lives through one of the most important times in their lives, buying or selling a home. My goal is to be there with you every step of the way.
Born and raised in Boston, MA, this instilled in me a strong work ethic. Growing up and during college, I spent many summers in Los Angeles visiting relatives and close friends, and always knew Southern California would become my home. After college, I packed up, moved west, and never looked back.
Real Estate, mid-century modern architecture, and design have always been key interests of mine. In early 2000, I began visiting Palm Springs on a regular basis and couldn’t get enough of the mid-century modern architecture, the Palm Springs lifestyle, and the iconic views of the San Jacinto mountains. In 2015, my husband and I purchased a second home in Palm Springs. We are now thrilled to say this is our primary home which we share with our rescue pups, Thor and Bodhi, and we are focusing on the Coachella Valley Real Estate market with the same passion and excitement.

Hello, I’m Alex Bonine, but please call me Alex. I was born in San Diego, which makes me a California native. However, I grew up in a small town north of Minneapolis before moving back to Southern California as a young adult.
My time in Minnesota instilled good old-fashioned values and a strong work ethic, but my heart and spirit truly feel at home in Southern California. More specifically, I have called Palm Springs my home since 2015. Today, I am also a husband and a dad — well, I am a dog dad to two amazing rescue pups.
I’ve carried a passion for homes, architecture, home design, and helping people from a very early age, which led me to a career in real estate. I officially began my adventure in real estate and escrow in 2001. I took a brief hiatus to help my husband build a successful event production firm in Los Angeles over the last 16 years. Event production and real estate are not dissimilar in that client satisfaction, a keen eye for detail, and powerful organizational skills are paramount. I pride myself on keeping many plates spinning while ensuring my client’s happiness.
