This Topanga mini-compound, which dates to 1926, is made up of two structures, each with Fleetwood sliding doors that open completely onto the decks and gardens on the property and allow for lovely, bucolic views.
One structure holds a wood-burning stove and a vast deck, plus two bedrooms—one on each level. The other holds an additional bedroom with its own fireplace.
