Deasypennerpodley Is Excited to Announce Kenton Haleem as A New Agent to Our Pasadena Family.
Kenton Haleem is a former elementary school teacher, art museum director and most recently healthcare executive for Cedars-Sinai and Keck Medical Center of USC. He received his BA in humanities from the University of San Diego and an MA in Latin American studies from California State University, Los Angeles.
Kenton’s interest in art, architecture and interior design began in college while spending a year abroad in Florence, Italy. His appreciation for historical and architecturally significant buildings continued with the purchase of his first home—an art deco Mills Act condo in Long Beach, CA. Since then, he has owned two more Mills Act properties in DTLA and Pasadena.
Kenton wants clients to experience excitement and joy when finding the right home or selling their existing one. His dedication to concierge service makes them feel comfortable, satisfied and appreciated throughout the real estate experience. People find his creative and artistic background insightful when evaluating a property’s attributes, value and potential.
In his free time Kenton enjoys restoring his vintage 1920s Spanish Revival, exploring the botanical gardens at the Huntington Library and LA Arboretum, antiquing, family get-togethers and spending time with his boxer mix, Maple.
