Deasypennerpodley Is Excited to Announce Nathaniel Colbert as A New Agent to Our Pasadena Family.
Nathaniel came to the Los Angeles area from Santa Cruz, California in 2013 to complete his bachelor’s degree in the Arts. Since then he has lived in Miracle Mile, Whittier, and Costa Mesa.
Growing up, Nathaniel and his siblings spent many lunch hours visiting their father, a general contractor, at different job sites. Whether the project had just been framed, demolished, or finished, Nathaniel was fascinated with every stage of the process. It wasn’t until living in a 1929 Spanish Revival apartment in Miracle Mile that he considered his admiration for beautiful homes to be a path to a new career.
