Deasypennerpodley Is Excited to Announce Rob Moore as A New Agent to Our Pasadena Family.
I began my career in music, spearheading national media campaigns at a number of labels, both indie and major, before establishing my own Manhattan-based PR agency. In addition to securing publicity for our music roster, my firm expanded into other creative fields, branding clients in the worlds of architecture, art, home design and fine art photography.
I then followed my affinity for architecture to just north of NYC where I became an agent in the historic Hudson Valley, channeling my marketing and communications skills into helping clients buy, sell and invest. Working with a variety of time-honored styles – including MCM, Victorians, 19th Century clapboard farmhouses and Federal Colonial (one of my listings dated to 1790) – I look back on this period as instrumental in honing the acumen I offer today as a DPP agent in LA.
I enjoy repping buyers, first-time as well as seasoned, and helping to navigate the process from securing pre-approval through presenting clients with their new keys. On the listing side, I go to great lengths to produce bespoke marketing campaigns that achieve the visibility and offers a home deserves. Representing unique properties has also allowed me the opportunity to place my “publicist hat” back on, securing media profiles for my listings in the Wall Street Journal, NBC News, New York Post, Zillow “Home of the Week” and others.
After 20+ years I consider SoCal to be my true home, as I have a deep affinity for the history and conservancy of LA’s diverse neighborhoods. I also know traversing the competitive Los Angeles real estate market to be inherently stressful and I pride myself on problem solving while keeping everyone’s sanity intact.
