Deasypennerpodley Is Excited to Announce Samuel Vaden as A New Agent to Our Santa Monica Family.
A second-generation real estate professional, Samuel Vaden brings more than a decade’s worth of experience to his clients interested in buying or selling luxury residential properties, pied-à-terres and design-centric, architecturally-significant estates.
Samuel brings an unconventional approach to the real estate industry. He is a published writer and poet, an artist, and a former advertising technology entrepreneur. Samuel studies yoga, meditation and mindfulness, bringing those valuable lessons and insights into his daily interactions with his clients and colleagues. He has traveled to 6 of the 7 continents, translating the cultural education he’s received into his real estate business. Samuel attributes the success he’s had in real estate to showing up each and everyday with a positive, passionate mindset and takes a composed, balanced approach to communication, research and negotiation.
He is a dual-coast real estate broker, serving clientele between Los Angeles & Miami. In California, he has represented clients throughout Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Wilshire Corridor and throughout numerous Westside neighborhoods including: Santa Monica, Brentwood, Malibu, West LA and Venice. In Florida, he has closed transactions throughout the luxury condominium towers in the SoFi neighborhood of Miami Beach, as well as luxury waterfront properties throughout the Venetian Islands, Surfside, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles. He quickly differentiated himself by advising the same clientele on investment opportunities throughout the streets of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. His two-coast (and international) presence increases marketing exposure for his clients’ listings, as well as allows Samuel to better identify and facilitate an increased number of off-market properties.
His philanthropic passions include: The Body Positive, Project HEAL, the National YoungArts Foundation, Street Poets Inc. and the Center for Mindful Living. Samuel earned his MBA degree from American University in Washington D.C. and his BBA from Roanoke College in Salem, VA.
