Dpp Is Excited to Announce Dave Ettinger as a new agent to our Pasadena family.
David William “Dave” Ettinger is a native Pasadenan with previous work in real estate as well as more recently as an educator of high school students. He spent 23 years as a social studies teacher and has always enjoyed helping people. Dave is especially excited to be rekindling his real estate career at DPP (historically known as DPP Real Estate), a firm that has shown long term commitment and success in the area.
Dave served as a local Pasadena realtor from 1989-1991, prior to beginning his teaching career. A product of local schools all the way up through John Muir High class of ’82, he went on to study at SDSU before transferring and graduating from UCSB in 1987 (Go Gauchos!). Dave returned to school at CSULA for his teaching credential which he received in 1994.
A current resident, as well as previously owning a classic California craftsman bungalow here in Pasadena, a love of architecture and design has long inspired Dave. He has always maintained a love for his childhood community and its amazing collection of beautiful streets and homes and looks forward to bringing and sharing that appreciation to his work and clientele.
A lifelong sports fan and dog lover, Dave follows the Dodgers, Clippers, Chargers and PGA and enjoys tennis, running and skiing and of course walks with Toby, Pogi and Frankie.
Married for 21 years to Timmie (an RN at City of Hope), they have a 16 year old daughter Talia who attends La Salle and have resided in the Daisy Villa neighborhood for the last 20 years.
