Entering the four-bedroom house and pass through the formal entry and a curving staircase, the estate features “architectural amenities typical of a much larger property,” like a sun room, a butler’s pantry, a library, and a formal dining room. The mansion also has three bathrooms (one of which has some fabulous teal tile) and a powder room, and has updated electrical and plumbing systems. The central air conditioning has been recently redone too. Last sold in 2011 for $1.32 million, it’s now asking $1.685 million.
