Meet Bonnie Simons

In her over a 38-year career, Bonnie Simons has earned an impressive list of awards, recognition, and honors befitting a top-performing associate with Deasy Penner Podley. And yet, it’s not simply her experience, finely honed negotiating skills, and attention to detail that have kept her at the top of her game. As a native of Los Angeles, Bonnie is well-versed in the areas she serves and she has achieved her well-deserved position of leadership through a unique combination of professionalism, an unwavering commitment to clients, sincerity, honesty, and transparency. Her profound love of people and the unrivaled joy she experiences by helping clients realize their dreams of home ownership and investment goals.

Bonnie has earned numerous awards as top salesperson and has served the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® in various capacities for nearly 25 years including her current position on the Professional Standards Committee and past position on the Grievance Committee. She has also served on the Board of Trustees and on the Board of Directors for the churches she has been a member of over the years.

When not representing her many new and repeat clients, Bonnie has found several ways to relax and recharge – including gardening, spending time with her husband of 56 years, gathering with her adult kids and enjoying her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loves to solve jigsaw puzzles as a way to stay focused and challenged. This pastime in particular is ideal for an accomplished person like Bonnie.
