Margot Tempereau is a Broker/Agent specializing in the marketing and sale of modern and design centric architecture throughout the greater Los Angeles area. She has represented homes designed by celebrated masters including Frank Gehry, Richard Neutra, Ray Kappe, Pierre Koenig, Edward H. Fickett, Richard Dorman, Gregory Ain, Palmer & Krisel and other equally inspired architects and designers. Margot welcomes the renaissance of modernism in the new millennium, conceived as it was in the trials and optimism of earlier times.
A native of Los Angeles, Margot is keenly aware of Los Angeles’ modernist and architectural history and is active in the City’s cultural and historic preservation efforts. Having resided in and explored neighborhoods all over Los Angeles for most of her life, she sells modern and character rich homes wherever they exist — from the San Fernando Valley to the Westside, Eastside, San Gabriel Valley and everywhere in between.
Before transitioning to real estate, Margot enjoyed many years as an attorney in private practice in downtown LA, Century City and Beverly Hills.
Margot’s integrity, experience, professionalism and attention to detail make her an agent that clients readily refer to others and return to when buying or selling a home.
