Peggy was born in a small Ohio town and moved to Pasadena in 1969. In 1972 she married Frank Vaccaro and together they have three adult children and three wonderful grandchildren. Peggy was previously employed in sales and accounting giving her a wonderful background of experience for a Real Estate Agent.
Business
Peggy received her Real Estate license in 1978 and has been associated with the Dickson Podley family of Real Estate Agent, now known as Podley Properties, since 1986. Peggy has been a consistent producer regardless of prevailing market trends. Throughout the years she has been honored with many achievement awards and she enjoys being associated with people who maintain high ethical and professional standards. Peggy was named REALTOR®-Salesperson of the Year for the Pasadena Foothills Association of REALTORS® in 1998. She has learned to use innovative ideas and modern technology to adapt to changing markets and with her team concept no detail is overlooked. Peggy is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), has completed an extensive course (REBAC) making her a Buyers Specialist and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has completed the National Association of REALTORS® e-Pro certification. Peggy is a member of the Residential Sales Council, the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® where she served as a Director for twelve years and is currently chairing the Grievance Committee.
Community
In addition, Peggy served on the board of directors of Door of Hope, a homeless facility for families, and is a member of Tournament of Roses.
