1080 Montecito Drive

Architecture enthusiasts, here is your chance to own a piece of Los Angeles history in the 'Montecito Drive Residential Historic District'. This 1964 platform house designed by Architect John Pugsley and Richard Kearney is classified as a 'possible contributor' to the historic district. Although it had minor alterations throughout the decades it definitely exhibits spirit of the original design with its dramatic cantilever overlooking the canyon and bird life, modular configuration, and pre-fabricated materials.
